Bianca Romani

Discovering her passion for the Arts happened when Bianca entered a ‘Call For Art’ at her Junior High School and the Principal purchased her artwork. An avid art student during her High School years let to classes taught by Suzy Spafford, the artist who created a line of work called Suzy’s Zoo. Bianca continued her studies at the California College of the Arts and completed a Bachelor in Fine Art Degree. Soon after her college years she worked towards another degree in Landscape Design in Ornamental Horticulture. Bianca’s paintings have been juried into several exhibitions and many have won awards. These include the San Diego Watercolor Society, The Museum of the Living Artist, Gallery 21, the herART of Mt. Helix and numerous other venues. She is a member of the San Diego Watercolor Society, Foothills Art Association, San Diego Plein Air Painters, and the San Diego, Barcelona, Florence & Venice Urban Sketchers groups. She has studied under many accomplished artists including Chen Chee Chee, Ratindra Das, Don Andrews, Annette Paquet, Keiko Tanabe, Tony Couch, Shuang Li and Brenda Swenson. Bianca loves having ‘art’ a large part of her life and continues to share that love with her mentors, patrons, friends and family.
