- Entry Fee: $20/one, $30/two, $40/ three, $50/four
- Notice of Acceptance: June 7th
- Reception: June 12th, 4-6 pm
Original Artwork Requirement
To ensure fairness and uphold FAA exhibition standards, artworks created in workshops, classes, guided demonstrations, or step-by-step lessons are not considered original and are not eligible for entry in any shows or for awards. All submitted pieces must be independently conceived, composed, and created by the artist. This policy protects the integrity of our exhibitions and celebrates the unique creative voice of every FAA member.
Image Upload Requirements
- Format: Files must be .jpg only.
- File Naming: Please rename your file to ArtistNameTitle.jpg (e.g., JohnDoePetunias.jpg). Do not use default camera names like IMG_1234. Click here for instructions on renaming a file.
- Website Display: All uploaded images and artwork entered at Take In will be entered in the show. Only uploaded images will be shown on the website.
Please note:
- You may submit up to 4 pieces. Pieces must comply with the gallery exhibition guidelines.
- The gallery reserves the right to limit to two pieces per artist depending on number and size of submissions received.
- For each artwork, please label on the back with title, size, selling price, artistic medium, artist’s name and phone number.
All gallery members are required to gallery sit for one 2 ½ hour gallery sitting shift during the month in which their artwork is displayed.
Ready to Submit? Please read carefully as the entry process has changed.
- Step 1: Select your number of entries and complete payment.
- Step 2: On the payment confirmation page, click the black DOWNLOAD button on the right. This is the only way to access the entry page.
- Step 3: You will receive a PDF. Open the PDF and click your custom entry link.
Step 4: Fill in your artwork information and upload your images.
