Art Show Registration now open for the June Show.  This show is open to members and nonmembers.  This is a juried and judged show.   

Optional theme:  Summer Sol

Online registration deadline:  Tuesday, June 4th, 6 pm

 Take in:  June 6th, 2024 2-5 pm at Foothills Art Association gallery 

Entry Fee: $30 for nonmembers and $20 for members first entry.  Each additional entry $10.   All entries are nonrefundable.

Prizes: 1st Prize / $250, 2nd Prize $100, 3rd Prize / $75, Honorable Mention x 2- $25 each

Reception: Friday, June 14th, 4-7 pm

Please note:

  •  You may submit up to 4 pieces.
  • Images should be titled ArtworkTitle.jpg as SummerSunset.jpg, not image2345.jpg.
  • Acceptable media: oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, graphite, colored pencil, ink, collage, graphics.  
  • The gallery reserves the right to limit to two pieces per artist depending on number and size of submissions received.
  • For each artwork, please label on the back with title, size, selling price, artistic medium, artist’s name and phone number.
  • If you are unable to register online, you may also register at the gallery on Take In day,  Artwork entered at take-in will not be shown on the website.
  • All artwork must be for sale.  A 20% commission will be paid to the gallery for all sales. 
  • Artwork may be picked up Thursday, July 11th from 2-5pm. 

All exhibitors are required to gallery sit for one 2 ½ hour gallery sitting shift during the month in which their artwork is displayed.  Click here   to sign

READ THIS BEFORE YOU ENTER:
  • Select the number of entries you wish to upload.
  • You will be directed to the order page to pay for your entries by credit card.
  • Once you have paid the entry fee, the checkout page will acknowledge your payment. 
  • Click the blue “Please register your artwork” at the top of the page. 
  • The entry form will then open to enter your demographic information and  upload your photos.  
  • There are specific guidelines for uploading images.   Review these guidelines prior to uploading images.  Failure to adhere to guidelines may keep the juror from seeing your work.
  • Please note that images should be named by the artwork name (“SummerSol.jpg), not image.jpg.

 Important: The Gallery Exhibition Committee reserves the right to decline to hang any art which does not meet gallery exhibition guidelines.   Please be sure your artwork meets these criteria prior to bringing in pieces to Take-in.
