Image Guidelines-“Year’s End Visions Show 2025”

  • Entries: Up to 3 original digital works per artist, submitted as high-quality JPEGs.
  • File Naming: Use format FirstName_LastName_-TitleOfWork. E.g., Anna_Smith_SunsetGlow
  • Specs: JPEGs must be ≥72 DPI and ≤5MB each. Width: 1200-1500px
  • Eligibility: Works must be original, one-of-a-kind, and created using digital techniques.
  • Accepted Styles: All digital styles are welcome provided that the digital processes were integral to the creation of the images. This includes, but is not limited to digital painting, digital collage, photo manipulation, AI-assisted.

    Photography, 3D rendering, video (1 per artist).

  • No fantasy, political or illustration artworks (check with gallery for exceptions) 

  • Required Include a brief description (max 150 words) per piece.
  • Submission: Complete the entry form on the website with accurate contact info.
  • Deadline: Between November 25th and December 4th, with final submissions due by 5PM on the 4th.
  • Late or incorrectly formatted entries won’t be considered.
  • Judging Criteria: Originality, creativity, digital technique, and technical skill.
  • Exhibition: Selected works to appear online.
  • Copyright: Artists retain rights; submitted images may be used for promotional purposes with credit.

·       Originality:

·         All submitted works must be original and created by the entrant.

·         Works should not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights. To ensure fairness and uphold FAA exhibition standards, artworks created in workshops, classes, guided demonstrations, or step-by-step lessons are not considered original and are not eligible for entry in any shows or for awards. All submitted pieces must be independently conceived, composed, and created by the artist.
This policy protects the integrity of our exhibitions and celebrates the unique creative voice of every FAA member.

       .     Please do not submit artwork that is already widely available or previously published
            online. This ensures the digital gallery features fresh and original content that hasn’t been
            broadly circulated.

  • Notification: Will be sent if their are any problems with submissions.
