This show is open to all interested artists. Gallery membership is not necessary. See prospectus here.
Registration dates: September 9 to October 15, 9pm
Notification of acceptances: October 21, 2024
Take in: October 24, 2024 2-5 pm at Foothills Art Association gallery
Entry Fee: $40/one, $50/two, $60/ three, $70/four,
Prizes: 1st Prize $400, 2nd Prize $250, 3rd Prize $125, Honorable Mention $50 each.
Reception: November 2nd, 3-6 pm
Please note:
- You may submit up to 4 pieces.
- Artwork MUST be named with the title of the piece (Lion.jpg) and not the camera designation (img 3251.jpg). For instructions on how to rename an image, click here.
- The gallery reserves the right to limit to two pieces per artist depending on number and size of submissions received.
- For each artwork, please label on the back with title, size, selling price, artistic medium, artist’s name and phone number.
Important: The Gallery Exhibition Committee reserves the right to decline to hang any art which does not meet gallery exhibition guidelines, covering naming and framing of artwork.
All gallery member exhibitors are required to gallery sit for one 2 ½ hour gallery sitting shift during the month in which their artwork is displayed.
Entry process:
- Select the number of entries you wish to upload.
- You will be directed to the checkout page to pay for your entries by credit card. Click submit.
- Proceed to the entry form to upload your photos and artwork information.
- Images must be named by the name of the image, i.e. Lion.jpg, not image3425.jpg. Image size should not exceed 3MB.
Have credit card and images of your artwork ready.
