Art Show Registration now open for the August “Octo” Show. This show is open to members 80 years of age and older only. This is a no fee show.

Registration dates: July 9th to August 3rd, 6 pm
Take in: Thursday, August 7th, 2024 11 am to 2 pm at Foothills Art Association gallery
Reception: Saturday, August 17, 2024, 1-4 pm
All exhibitors are required to gallery sit for one 2 ½ hour gallery sitting shift during the month in which their artwork is displayed.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING
- You must be at least 80 years old to enter.
- You may submit up to 4 pieces; however, the gallery reserves the right to limit to two pieces per artist depending on number and size of submissions received.
- Each artwork must be labeled on the back with title, size, selling price, artistic medium, artist’s name and phone number.
- It is not necessary to upload images to enter. Only uploaded images that comply with the naming guidelines will be displayed on the website. Images should be titled LastnameArtworkTitle as SmithSummerSunset, not image2345. Images must be .jpg or .jpeg, not .png or .heic. Artwork in the wrong format or incorrectly named will not be shown on the website.
- Acceptable media: Oil, acrylic, pastel. watercolor. scratchboard, graphics (etchings, wood, and line-block prints), serigraphs, colored pencil, pen & ink and mixed media.
- If you are unable to register online, you may also register at the gallery on Take In day. Artwork entered at take-in will not be shown on the website.
- All artwork must be for sale. A 20% donation will be made to the gallery for all sales.
- Accepted artwork must comply with the gallery exhibition guidelines. Artwork will be checked for compliance at take in.
