Becky Zoni-McMakin is an award-winning, seasoned interior designer and educator from La Mesa. She studied fine art in college and obtained her BA in interior design from SDSU. Becky has also taught at the Design Institute of San Diego for 29 years. Her profession provides inspiration to create original compositions.
New Members Orientation
Each month there will be a New Member Orientation on the first Thursday of the month at 5 pm, 30 minutes before the Members meeting. Meet at the front door for an informative session.
May Members Meeting
On Thursday, May 1st, 5 pm, there will be a short business meeting followed by a demo by member artist, talented watercolorist and art instructor Jami Wright, who will share her techniques for creating beautiful watercolor landscapes.
Foothills Friday Starts in April 11, 2025!
Foothills Friday takes place on the second Friday of the month beginning April 11 th continuing through September. Foothills Art Association will have a booth at the Farmer’s Market displaying information on Foothills Art Association with some local artist’s work. The gallery located at 4910 Memorial Drive, La Mesa, will be open 4-6pm on Foothills Friday welcoming visitors with food, beverage and live music.
