Wendy Kwasny is an award-winning fine artist based in San Diego, known for her mastery in oil and acrylic portraiture. With a BA in Fine Art from SDSU, Wendy has spent over 25 years exhibiting her work in various galleries throughout San Diego, consistently earning recognition for her exceptional craftsmanship and emotional depth.
New Members Orientation
Each month there will be a New Member Orientation on the first Thursday of the month at 5 pm, 30 minutes before the Members meeting. Meet at the front door for an informative session.
April Members Meeting
On Thursday, April 3rd, 5 pm, there will be a short business meeting followed by an exciting demo by Duke Windsor on using gold leaf in your artwork, followed by a class on April 6th.
Foothills Friday Starts in April 11, 2025!
Foothills Friday takes place on the second Friday of the month beginning April 11 th continuing through September. Foothills Art Association will have a booth at the Farmer’s Market displaying information on Foothills Art Association with some local artist’s work. The gallery located at 4910 Memorial Drive, La Mesa, will be open 4-6pm on Foothills Friday welcoming visitors with food, beverage and live music.
