Image Guidelines

  • Entries: Up to 2 original digital works per artist, submitted as high-quality JPEGs.
  • File Naming: Use format LastName_FirstName_Digital-TitleOfWork.jpeg. E.g., Smith_Anna_Digital-SunsetGlow.jpeg.
  • Specs: JPEGs must be ≥72 DPI and ≤2MB each. Width: 1000-1200px
  • Eligibility: Works must be original, one-of-a-kind, and created using digital techniques.
  • Accepted Styles: All digital styles are welcome provided that the digital processes were integral to the creation of the images. This includes, but is not limited to digital painting, digital collage, photo manipulation, text-to-image, 3D rendering, video, and mixed media.
  • Optional: Include a brief description (max 150 words) per piece.
  • Submission: Complete the entry form on the website with accurate contact info.
  • Deadline: May 7, 2025. Late or incorrectly formatted entries won’t be considered.
  • Judging Criteria: Originality, creativity, digital technique, and technical skill.
  • Exhibition: Selected works may appear online or in a physical show.
  • Copyright: Artists retain rights; submitted images may be used for promotional purposes with credit.

·       Originality:

·         All submitted works must be original and created by the entrant.

·         Works should not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights.

  • Notification: Selected artists notified by May 6, 2025. Others will not be contacted.
