- Art Show Registration now open for the May Expanded Media Show. This show is open to members only.
- Optional theme: Expanded Media. All artistic mediums accepted.
- Registration: April 9th to May 4th. Gallery membership is required.
- Take In: May 7th, 2-5 pm
- Show dates: May 8th to June 3rd
- Reception: May 8th, 4-6 pm
Original Artwork Requirement
To ensure fairness and uphold FAA exhibition standards, artworks created in workshops, classes, guided demonstrations, or step-by-step lessons are not considered original and are not eligible for entry in any shows or for awards. All submitted pieces must be independently conceived, composed, and created by the artist. This policy protects the integrity of our exhibitions and celebrates the unique creative voice of every FAA member.
Image Upload Requirements. Please read carefully.
- Format: Files must be .jpg only.
- File Naming: Please rename your file to ArtistNameTitle and save as a jpg (e.g., JohnDoePetunias.jpg). Do not use default camera names like IMG_1234. Click here for instructions on renaming a file.
- Website Display: All uploaded images will be entered in the show. However, to be featured in our online gallery, you must upload your correctly named image during this registration. Submissions with a generic file name or without a digital file—including those entered in person at “Take In”—will not appear on the website.
Please note:
- You may submit up to 4 pieces. Pieces must comply with the gallery exhibition guidelines.
- The gallery reserves the right to limit to two pieces per artist depending on number and size of submissions received.
- For each artwork, please label on the back with title, size, selling price, artistic medium, artist’s name and phone number
- Artworks depicting nudity can not be accepted.
All exhibitors are required to gallery sit for one 2 ½ hour gallery sitting shift during the month in which their artwork is displayed.
