– Entrants can submit up to two JPEG files of their original works but we cannot grantee all images submitted will be shown. Images must be named “Artwork Title.jpg,” i.e. SummerSunset.jpg, not image1235.jpg. Any images not titled correctly will not be accepted.

– Ensure that each JPEG file is named using the following format: LastName_FirstName_TitleOfWork.jpeg

– Include metadata within the JPEG files (if possible), such as title, creation date, and artist’s name.

– Each JPEG should be of high quality to showcase the details and nuances of the artwork.

**Resolution**: Each JPEG file should have a resolution of at least 72 DPI to ensure clarity and quality.

   – Size: The file size of each JPEG should not exceed 2 MB. Ensure that the dimensions of the images are large enough to be viewed clearly.

All styles of artwork and photography are welcome, provided that digital processes were integral to the creation of the images.

– All submitted works must be original and created by the entrant. Refer to FAA documents concerning subject matter.

   – Works should not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights.

   – Works must be one of a kind and not part of an edition.

 This includes, but is not limited to, digital painting, digital collage, photo manipulation, digital text to image, 3D rendering, video and mixed media incorporating digital elements.

**Exhibition**: Selected works may be displayed in an online gallery or physical exhibition, depending on the competition structure.
