If you leave information out it may cancel your registration. You must upload AT LEAST ONE photo ('Choose File"). If you don't have multiple files to upload, you don't need to add more names, etc. Don't click the Red Submit button until you have checked back to see if everything is compete. If your submission is successful you will see a confirmation page.
