• Registration: August 3 – August 31, 6 PM. Entry open to the public.
• Take In: Thursday, September 3, 2–5 PM
• Show Dates: September 4 – September 30
• Notification of Acceptance: September 6
• Reception: September 11, 4–6 PM

Eligibility

• Theme: Small Image. Images may not exceed 7″ x 7″ (height or width), excluding mat and frame.
• Artwork must be original in concept and execution. Work created in workshops, classes, guided demonstrations, or step-by-step lessons is not eligible.
• Artwork must comply with the gallery’s exhibition guidelines.

Image Upload Requirements

• Format: .jpg only.
• All uploaded images will be entered in the show and may be displayed on the website. Only uploaded images may be shown on the website.

How to Enter

1. Submission limit: You may submit up to 4 pieces. The gallery reserves the right to limit entries to two pieces per artist, depending on the number and size of submissions received.
2. Labeling: On the back of each piece, clearly label the title, size, selling price, medium, artist’s name, and phone number.
3. Gallery sitting (members only): If you’re a gallery member and your artwork is accepted, you’ll complete one 2.5-hour gallery sitting shift during the month your art is displayed.
