- Registration: August 4th – October 15th, 6 PM. Gallery membership is not required.
- Notifications (Acceptance/Rejection): October 23rd, 2025
- Show dates: October 24th – December 5th, 2025
- Reception: November 8th, 3–6 PM

- 1 piece: $20
- 2 pieces: $30
- 3 pieces: $40

How to Enter
- Online Submission Only: All artwork must be entered online.
- Submission Limit: You may submit up to three pieces. The juror will select a maximum of two pieces per artist.
- Eligibility: Works must be original, one-of-akind, and created using digital techniques including traditional digital photography. Techniqes can include digital painting, digital collage, photo manipulation, traditional photography, text-to-image, and mixed media.
- Optional: Include a brief description (max 150 words) per piece.
- Image Naming: Name your file: Lastname_Firstname _Title as in Smith_John_Tiger.jpg. Jurying will be done using your submitted image.. Incorrectly named images will not be seen by the juror. (Need help renaming? Instructions for iPhone/Android are available here).
- Image Size:: Upload a high-quality JPG image equal or less than 5 MB. JPEGs must be ≥ 72 DPI and ≤ 5MB each. Width: 1200-1500px

- After your payment is successfully processed, you will be directed to a confirmation page confirming your payment.
- A direct link to the upload form will be found at the top of the payment confirmation page.
- Your payment secures your entry slots, and you will not be charged a second time on the art entry page.
- To access the artwork entry form, click the unique link at the top of that confirmation page. This link is the only way to access the entry form.
