Key Dates & Fees

  • Registration: January 14th – February 2nd,  6 PM.  Gallery membership is  required.
  • Take In: February 5th, 2-5 pm
  • Show dates: February 6th – March  6th, 2026
  • Reception: February 21st, 3–6 PM
  • Entry Fees:  This is a no fee show.

Original Artwork Requirement

To ensure fairness and uphold FAA exhibition standards, artworks created in workshops, classes, guided demonstrations, or step-by-step lessons are not considered original and are not eligible for entry in any shows or for awards. All submitted pieces must be  independently conceived, composed, and created by the artist. This policy protects the integrity of our exhibitions and celebrates the unique creative voice of every FAA member.

How to Enter  

Online Submission Preferred: Entering online and uploading an image is preferred but not required to enter.  Online entry improves accuracy and efficiency of the entry process.  Entries will be accepted at Take In.

Please note:

  •  You may submit up to 4 pieces.  Pieces must comply with the gallery exhibition guidelines.
  • The gallery reserves the right to limit to two pieces per artist depending on number and size of submissions received.
  • Artwork MUST be named with the artist name and title of the piece (JohnDoePetunias) and not the camera designation (img 3251).  For instructions on how to rename an image, click here
  • Uploaded images must be .jpg only.
  • The gallery requests Artwork entered without an image or at Take In will not be shown on the website.
  • For each artwork, please label on the back with title, size, selling price, artistic medium, artist’s name and phone number.

All exhibitors are required to gallery sit for one 2 ½ hour gallery sitting shift during the month in which their artwork is displayed.
